SunEase is Year 2000 compliant

Effective with version 3.03.09+ (released June 1996) SunEase automatically switched to a 4 digit year for all date fields.

This date format switch occurred automatically on April 7, 1997 which was exactly 999 days before the Year 2000. Doing this solved any Y2K problems. SunEase has always stored the year correctly so its problems were minor. Without this update the only problem related to not being able to view some reports.

If your copy of SunEase does not display four digit years simply contact F.S.T. Company to update to the latest version.

Remember to quickly edit a date in SunEase you can use:

  • Plus + and Minus -
  • First and Last letters of
    • WeeK
    • MontH
    • YeaR
  • and T always takes you to Today.

Also when entering a new date you only have to enter the 2 digit year and SunEase will automatically fill in the century.
