SunEase gives you both a detailed and summary breakdown of every transaction made. Transaction types include; Time Clock Entries, all Sales, every Tanning Session, Taxes, Deleted Tanning Sessions and Deleted Sales.

The date, time, employee and client are stamped on each transaction. If you are running multiple stores the store number is tracked and if you are on a computer network the workstation terminal number is tracked. This information tells you who did what, when, why and where and to whom.

The histories (Client, Sales and Employees) are all similar and all use the same keys to navigate or move around.

  • To view Sales History, go to the Main Menu

    • Select the Sales Register Menu.
    • Highlight View Transactions then press Enter
    • Enter the date to view
You can use the plus and minus (+ -) keys to quickly change the date

A detailed listing of every transaction is first shown. You will see the transaction number, time, client number and the transaction type.

Click here to see sample history summary

The left column will show a break down of every transaction made, including Packages, Services, Extra Tanning Charges, Products, etc.

The right column tracks payment types, number of tanning sessions, new clients and deleted transactions.

    • Press to return to the Sales Register Menu.

Note: Employees with User access can only view the sales totals for today.
