Tan a Client

With SunEase getting a client to tan is quick and easy. There are no complicated steps to memorize. Just find a client and select Tan. The program notifies you know when there are no sessions left or if the client already tanned today.

SunEase easily tracks extra Tanning Bed or Package charges. You can choose one of three packages to use and all can be active at the same time.

FST Timer control is seamlessly integrated with SunEase so there are no additional steps required.

Every tanning transaction is recorded and each entry is stamped with a receipt number, date, time, employee and terminal number.

• To get a client to tan, highlight Tan press Enter
• Enter the package number to use (either 1, 2 or 3)
• Select a Tanning Bed then press Enter
  Any bed with an '*' next to it means it is occupied or needs cleaning and any bed with a '$' next to it means there is an extra charge.
• Confirm the minutes to tan then press Enter or enter a new time

  A screen may be presented showing any extra charges for using this package or for the bed selected. If charges are due, press Enter when the money is collected, any other key will cancel the session.

  Press Escape at any step to cancel this tanning session.

You may now choose Exit then press Enter to select another client or

Highlight Beds then press Enter to go to the Tanning Bed Monitor. This screen monitor displays each bed, client and time remaining. When a FST Timer is connected the time remaining will display in real time and also any beds that need cleaning are flagged.
