At the Tanning at Point-of-Sales screen, highlight Sale then press Enter

The next screen is the Sales screen. It tracks each item sold, running totals, including taxes and a sub-total. Canadian tax rates are supported in the U.S. version.

Sell a Tanning Package

SunEase allows each client to have three packages available at any one time. Packages can be setup for Minutes or Sessions. You can create daily, weekly, monthly and yearly packages. Tanning can be restricted to specific beds, days, hours and/or dates. There are no special codes required. Each package is as descriptive as you make it. SunEase even has a coupon and pass reminder.

• To sell a Package, highlight Package then press Enter
• Select a package from the pick list then press Enter
  If you do not want to select a package, press Escape

  One of the clients packages will automatically be updated. Service tax may also be calculated.

Sell a Product

The inventory features allow for quick access to all products. You can track several hundred products, complete with shelf and warehouse prices, re-order levels, customer price and salon cost. Reports are available to find out how much money you are making and when you need to re-order. When the products are low there is an audio and visual alert.

• To sell a product, highlight Product then press Enter
• Select an item from the pick list then press Enter
  If you do not want to select a product press Escape

  The inventory list is easily and quickly navigated by pressing the first letter of the product you want to go to. For salons with larger product lines, a catagory feature can be activated to speed product selection even more! Sales Tax will be calculated automatically.

Total the Sale

SunEase tracks the different payment methods you use, including cash, check, in-house accounts and credit card sales. There is also an Amount Tendered and Change Due feature for cash sales. Split tender is also supported.

• When you are done with the Sale, highlight Total then press Enter
  or choose Void to cancel the sale.
• Select a payment type from the pick list then press Enter
• Select Yes to print a receipt

  When the sale is completed any customer account or tanning package changes are recorded and all transactions are stamped with receipt number, date, time, employee and terminal number.

There are many features which may be turned on or off. For example Sales Receipts may be On all the time, or set to ask each time or just turned off all the time.

SunEase even supports 40 column receipt printers and cash drawers, with customized receipt messages for an additional professional touch.
