Entering ClientsThere are two methods to enter new clients, back-logging and the everyday way. The two procedures are virtually identical, the difference is what happens after you type in the client's name. When back-logging your existing customers into SunEase, you go immediately to the client address card where you can begin typing in the address. Back-logging is typically used when you will be entering many clients at one sitting. The everyday way takes you directly to the Tan and Point-of-Sales options where you can quickly make a Sale. It is easy to go back and fill in the clients name and address later. The key here is to allow you more time to sell and less time on data entry. The Everyday way:
Each client can have up to three packages. If the client has an account balance, prepayment or balance due, you will see the amount owed and the date it is due. Any client memo's may also be shown. You are now ready to make a sale. Remember, this client was entered using the everyday way, you can easily enter the client's address and personal information after the sale is completed.
