Starting SunEase

• Starting from DOS

  • Change to the drive where the software is installed. (usually drive C)
    Type: C: then press Enter
  • Switch to the directory where SunEase is located.
    Type: CD\SunEase then press Enter
  • To start SunEase type: TAN then press Enter

• Starting from Windows 95

  • Go to Start then Programs then Tanning Programs
  • Select the SunEase icon

When SunEase is started it checks to make sure that all of its files are present. If necessary it will create certain files and index others, generally this will only happen the first time you start the program.

The next screen you see is the Employee Time Clock:

• Select an Employee

  • Use the Arrow keys to highlight an employee then press Enter
    

  • Type in the password then press Enter
    
    For Manager and Owner Access the initial password is TAN. There is no password for User Access although one can be easily setup.

  • Choose Sign-In when asked.
  • Optionally enter the Opening Balance and Weather.
