Tanning and Sales

Tanning and Sales is the center piece of SunEase 2000. It ties all of the other modules together. You will spend 99% of the time in this part of the program.

The main features are Locating Clients, Tanning Clients, Making Sales, Making Appointments and Client data entry.

This window displays summary information about each client, including name, phone number, last tan and available packages. Account balances, due dates, memo's and client pictures may also be displayed.

To access Tanning and Sales:

From the Main Menu select File then Tanning and Sales
or click the Tanning and Sales icon on the main tool bar

  • Use the search icons on the tool bar to enter or find clients
  • To use a tanning session, select the Tan button
  • To make a sale, select the Sale button
