Setup your Clients Packages

With this program each client may have three minutes or sessions packages and a Suns (aka points, stars, units) package.

Normally as packages are sold, the information here is updated automatically.

If you are converting from another program or a card system these steps will allow you to manually enter packages for each client.

• Select the Package 1 tab
• Enter a Description
• Check the Minutes? field if this is a minutes package
• Enter the actual number of minutes or sessions Remaining
• If the package is minutes or single sessions:
  • Don't check the Used? field
  • For Days enter the number of days this package is good for
    (Use 999 if they can take as long as they need to use the sessions.)
• If the package is monthly (expires):
  • Check the used? field
  • For Expires enter the date this package will expire

Hints:

The field names that are blue indicate required information.

If you are transferring clients from a card system, write the client number SunEase assigns on their card to quickly identify which clients have been entered.

If you are transferring clients from another program, check the conversion program to see if they can be copied to SunEase automatically.
