Setup your Clients

SunEase can track up to 1,000,000 clients. You can easily enter your clients and any existing tanning packages they may have. If you have are upgrading from a different program you may be able to use the conversion program to automatically enter you clients. Contact technical support for more information.

To open the client window:

  • From the Main Menu select File then Tanning and Sales
  • Select the Modify button to view details about each client
To add a new client:
  • From the Client Menu select Edit then Insert Record or click the Insert Record icon on the tool bar
  • Enter the client's first and last names (required)
  • Select OK (SunEase will make sure the client has not been entered already)

  • On the General tab enter the clients address and phone numbers
  • Use the other tabs to enter additional information like last tan information or a PIN
