Setup your Inventory

SunEase 2000 supports up to 10,000 different products. Products can be bar coded to help speed up sales. You can manually add products or import them from the Master Inventory Catalog.

To open the inventory window: From the Main Menu select File then Inventory

When the inventory window is first opened, products are listed in browse view. Select View then Form to see details about a specific product.

To import products from the Master Inventory Catalog:

  • From the Inventory Menu select File then Import Products
  • Choose a Catagory from the drop down box
  • Check the products you want then click the Import buttom
  • Back on the inventory setup window, select the products
    then update the quantity in stock

Or to manually add a new product:

  • From the Inventory Menu select Edit then Insert Record or click the Insert Record icon on the tool bar
  • Enter a category (used for reports)
  • Enter the size and a description
  • Enter the retail price
  • Enter the number in stock
Use the other tabs to enter additional information like bar code or supplier
