Setup your Tanning Packages

SunEase supports basic packages like minutes, sessions, Suns (units), monthly or yearly packages. There are also many advanced features available like which days are allowed, which beds can be used and when it can be sold.

Packages can be bar coded to help speed up sales.

To open the tanning packages window: From the Main Menu select File then Tanning Packages

When the package window is first opened, each package is listed in browse view. Select View then Form to see details about a specific package.

To add a new tanning package:

  • From the Packages Menu select Edit then Insert Record or click the Insert Record icon on the tool bar
  • Enter a category and description
  • Enter the number of Sessions, Minutes or Suns
  • Enter the days to use these sessions or minutes by
  • Enter the cost
Use the other tabs to enter additional information and to customize any advanced features
