Time Clock

You will see the Time Clock when SunEase is first started. You can also access the Time Clock by clicking the 'clock' icon on the main menu.

When SunEase 2000 is first installed it sets up three employees. Their names are User, Manager and Owner Access. These three employees represent the basic access levels available. Later on you may want to customize your employees access to allow or disallow additional features.

To select an employee from the time clock:

• Highlight Owner->Access
• There is no password if you've just installed SunEase
• Select OK

When SunEase 2000 is first installed the passwords are blank. If the DOS version of SunEase was previously installed, the passwords for Manager and Owner may be Tan.

Also many of the steps covered in this guide will require Owner Access.

After the employee is selected:

• Select Sign In
• Optionally enter the opening balance, temperature and weather
• Select OK

• Select Make Active
• Select OK
