Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer's warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have any questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

F.S.T. accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. No surcharge for credit cards. Certified funds are accepted on all COD orders. Personal or business checks are accepted for prepay orders, but allow 10 business days for clearing.

† Keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

† Before returning any product, you must contact F.S.T. with the following information: invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

† All defective products manufactured by F.S.T. will be accepted directly by F.S.T. for credit, exchange or repair, at F.S.T.'s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date.

† All defective OEM products (not manufactured by F.S.T.) will be accepted directly by F.S.T. for repair or replacement only, at F.S.T.'s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty applies.

† All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

† All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals and other accessories originally shipped.

† F.S.T. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued towards future purchases only.
